What is Progressive Tennis?

Progressive Tennis is a teaching methodology first developed by the USTA and now adopted by Tennis Canada as a more effective way to teach tennis to young children. It’s based on the theory that young children are not strong enough or skilled enough to start learning with adult racquets on adult sized courts with regular compression balls.
