The current state of Tennis Lessons in Toronto for Adults is pretty dire for those who would like to take up the game. Nearly all community clubs have waiting lists, some take up to 5 years or more to gain admittance to. Most now only offer lessons to members, so there’s a bit of a catch-22 … you can’t get a membership, and you therefore can’t take lessons. It’s a deplorable situation that can only be remedied by the City of Toronto, and they are only going to act if there is political pressure applied. I urge you to write your mayor and councillor’s to have them explain to you why they have not kept up with the growing demand for tennis facilities.

Feel free to contact us if you have questions about any of the programs listed. We don’t provide lessons, but we can help you find the best fit for your requirements.

These are mostly unsupervised and unmaintained courts where the public can play. No guarantees, but there might be one close by that you can use.
